From first call to final take down

Tell us your plans

What the event is, where and when it's held, and roughly how many people are coming. We'll suggest the right kit for the occasion.

Quote and book

We'll send a clear quotation covering everything you need, then confirm your date. A site visit too, if it helps.

We deliver and set up

Our team arrives ahead of your start time, or the day before where needed, and has everything set up and tested.

Supported or self-run

We stay on hand to run sound and lighting, or leave you to it if you'd prefer, then take everything down afterwards.

What kinds of events do you cover?

All sorts, right across Herefordshire and the surrounding areas: weddings, parties and discos, live music and gigs, festivals, corporate and business events like conferences, awards nights and product launches, community and civic occasions, and funerals and celebrations of life. Whatever the occasion, we'll tailor the sound and lighting to suit.

Do you deliver and set up?

Yes. We deliver, set up and test everything before your event, and take it all down afterwards. If you'd rather collect and run it yourself, just ask about dry hire.

Can we have a technician stay for the event?

Absolutely. Where you'd like one, an engineer can stay throughout to manage sound levels, lighting, slideshows and presentations, so you don't have to think about it.

How far in advance should we book?

As soon as you have your date and venue, get in touch. The earlier we talk, the easier it is to reserve the right kit for your day.

Which areas do you cover?

We cover all of Herefordshire and the surrounding areas, and we've worked at venues well beyond the county too. If you're not sure, just ask.

Can you work with our band or DJ?

Yes. Let us know who is performing and what they're bringing, and we'll make sure the equipment works together and liaise with them directly if needed.
